Do I have to sign for the package?

Yes, all delivery orders must be signed for.

When will my order be shipped?

For most in-stock merchandise, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

No. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each delivery address.

Can I pick up my online order from the ACA Galleries in New York?

No, online orders cannot be collected from the Gallery in New York.

Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders in accordance with applicable laws in each state. Any taxes will be indicated at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I received damaged, defective, or incorrect items?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@acagalleries.com within forty-eight hours of delivery. We may require photo proof of any damage.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at orders@acagalleries.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request.
